New Zealand Shipping

Shipping cost within New Zealand

We charge a flat rate $4.50  to all of New Zealand, town or rural

Courier Companies used for New Zealand Shipments.

1. NZ Courier. To all NZ cities, with a 1-2 day delivery time.

2. Courier Post. For PO Boxes & Rural Deliveries. Delivery time 1-2 days to PO Boxes. Delivery time 1-3 days for rural deliveries.

Australia Shipping

We have been serving Australian vapers for more than 10 years. 

Between May to August, 2024, the Australia Border Force was working hard on chasing vape parcels. Therefore, we have to suspend the cross-border shipping. 

In response to our regular customers' request, also the shipping data shows that the seizure rate have been decreased, we decide the resume Australia shipping.

We do NOT ship any vape device, which includes battery, mods, tanks, coils, pods,  disposable vape, and close pods system.  The seizure rate is close to 100%

How we fulfill your order?

A:  Our data shows small parcels are more likely to slip from ABF chasing, we will split big order into small parcels. Each shipment limited to  2 bottles of 100mls, or 3 bottles of 60mls, or 4 bottles of 30mls.  We are not able to offer free shipping to big orders due to we need to pay double or triple postage as used to.

 

Is the Insured Shipping option more likely to be delivered?

A: Unfortunately, the answer is NO. Both insured or uninsured options are same to ABF's chasing. 

Shipment of your Parcel

All parcels are dispatched from Christchurch.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment.

Please note that should you pay by Bank Transfer the payment clearance may be over-night. 

In some cases we may switch to other courier carriers. Whichever carrier we use, we will email you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
